A shopping mall can also be referred to as shopping center, shopping arcade, shopping precinct or sometimes just plain “mall.” It is usually composed of one or several buildings to form a huge venue for business establishments, particularly shops or merchandisers. Visibility and Variety
A shopping mall should be located in the most visible area as possible. The route to it must be conveniently accessible. This will make customers or shoppers want to keep on visiting the shopping center again and again. This is especially true for shoppers who usually do their groceries several times a month.
Aside from being comfortably situated, it should also have a variety of shops. The market type inside a shopping mall should have at least a grocery, clothing store, food court and department store. These are the four basic merchandisers of a mall. Of course it should be accompanied by utilities such as comfort rooms, benches or waiting area and reception area.
